Compassion Commission is a program designed to teach the next generation how to give. God loved us so much that He gave His only son. It is time for us to love our neighbor enough to lay down our time for them.
We believe youth today want to be empowered, and not just entertained. We live in a culture that is focused on selfishness and materialism. But, God is raising up a generation of teenagers that are filled with compassion, and equipped to change their city.
The Compassion Commission Program is an intense time of outreach and ministry. We bring in hundreds of teenagers, equip them with God's word, and then send them out into the city. Not only will they rebuild a house for a family in need, they will also rebuild the lives of the broken people in that community. (http://ministriesofcompassion.com/realize/mission.html)

Adult Leagues
Joshua House runs several Adult Sports Leagues ranging from Basketball to Hockey to Football. Most leagues are run by Nate Verilla and/or Theron Glenny. Contact us for information about which leagues are underway and which are on-the-way.
Youth Leagues
Currently, Theron Glenny runs the Christian Youth Basketball League (CYBL). It gives students who are too busy to play for their local high school a chance to learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and basketball. There is a team for all skill levels and it is one of our most popular ministries.
